How much are house plans in Kenya?+

Our architectural drawings start at KSh 69,500 for homes up to about 150 m², and are priced by floor area for larger homes and commercial buildings. You pay 50% to start and the balance after a free site visit.

Are the plans approved by the county?+

Our drawings are prepared by registered architects to the standard that county planning departments and NCA require. With the approval add-on, we submit and follow up the approval for you. Statutory fees are paid separately.

Can I get a custom house plan instead?+

Yes. Choose 'Custom design' when ordering and describe your dream home. Custom designs start at the same price as ready plans.

Do you design outside Nairobi?+

Yes, we design for all 47 counties, and the site visit is free.
