Privacy policy

HousePlans Kenya collects only the information needed to deliver your design and comply with the law, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Your name, phone, WhatsApp number and email
• Your plot location and project details
• Payment references (M-Pesa or bank). We never see your M-Pesa PIN.

How we use it

To process your order and payments, book the site visit, contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your project, and, if you ask, introduce you to our partner banks.

Sharing

We share your details with our partner banks only if you request financing, and with authorities only when submitting approvals on your behalf. We do not sell your data.

Your rights
