Frequently asked questions
Why do you charge by size?+
Bigger buildings take more design, coordination and drawing work. Charging per square metre keeps it fair: a 2 bedroom house doesn't pay the same as a 6 bedroom mansion.
Are county approval fees included?+
No. County and NCA statutory fees are paid directly to the authorities. Our approval add-on covers our time submitting and following up your application.
What if I don't like the design?+
Revisions are included until you're happy with the layout. We only release the final drawings once you've approved them.
Is the deposit refundable?+
If we can't do the site visit or your plot can't take the design, we'll adjust the design or refund the unused part of the deposit. See our terms.
