Partner bank financing
Build your house now, pay over time
We work with partner banks and SACCOs that finance construction in Kenya. We design your house, prepare the documents the bank needs, and introduce you to a loan officer.
Financing options
Construction loan
Released in stages (foundation, walling, roofing, finishes) as the house goes up. Ideal if you already own the land.
Mortgage
Long-term financing to buy or build a home, repaid monthly over up to 20–25 years.
Diaspora financing
For Kenyans abroad: build back home with a loan from a Kenyan bank, with progress updates on WhatsApp.
Plot + construction
Some partners finance both the land and the house in one package.
What the bank usually needs
- Title deed or lease for the plot (a clean search)
- Approved architectural and structural drawings (we prepare these)
- Bill of Quantities (BQ) showing the construction cost (we prepare this)
- Proof of income: payslips, bank statements or business records
- National ID and KRA PIN
- Your own contribution, often 10–30% of the project cost
Loan approval, interest rates and terms are decided by the lender. We don't charge you for the introduction.
